My talented husband makes these crosses by hand. A woodworker at heart, he sees the cross within the wood and it never fails to amaze me. The wood often has natural cracks that run throughout that he fills with turquoise. A pastor once told us that the turquoise fills the cracks in the wood, much like Jesus fills the cracks in our lives. What a poetically true statement. Through his tender heart and honest yearning to honor God through his gift of woodworking comes these one-of-a-kind masterpieces.

A common comment we get from people, who have ordered them online, is that the pictures don't do these crosses justice. This is such a true statement - when you see the cross in person you will simply be taken aback.
